This is one of the only restaurants in the neighborhood that's consistent, well-priced, and very good. The sushi is good, and all of the donburis are excellent. The (hot) soba broth can be a bit salty, so I recommend getting it cold.
And the staff, even when harried by crowds, are always so, so sweet.

This is one of the oldest Sushi joints in the hood.. Think before Inaka...
This place actually has regulars who are greeted by the wait staff and the sushi chefs.
Sushi is just fine.. fresh, nicely prepared.. no tinventive as far as choices or presentation but hey that is just fine.
They keep late hours so if you need a fresh, uncooked fish fix late you might consider it!

I LOVE Sushi Geido.
The decor is odd and great - handpainted scrawl that's a cross between children's handpaintings and Japanese graffiti weirdness.
The service is always pleasant with lots of welcomes and hellos when i walk in the door.
... And the Susi is extremely good. Very fresh, big portions, and the overall menu is excellent too.
I say 5 stars for Sushi Geido *****
